About Me
An experienced Career Management and Executive Coach, over the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege to coach over 1,500 individuals on a 1:1 basis and group basis from a variety of roles across public and private sectors.
Additionally, I’ve worked at senior levels in sales, marketing and international management positions within large corporate organisations and as a Business Consultant.
My Story
Too often I see people who are like a square peg in a round hole, doing a job they hate but feeling too trapped to do anything about it. Or maybe it is just fear of the unknown suffocating them. Or an enforced redundancy suddenly pulls the rug from under people’s lives and panic ensues.
I have been on both sides of the redundancy table twice during my business career.
Fortunately career coaching in the form of Sanders & Sidney (latterly Penna Plc) came into my life to help with my decision making.
The result? For the last 20 years I have had a mixed business portfolio – a business marketing products, services and people – which includes being a Senior Consultant at LHH Penna and their South West affiliate, Skylite Associates.
